Then he will Paypal me the payment,
and from then I will cover the last 2 remaining slots. Correct?
I will also be providing the $20 US PSN Code as well?
Who will make the US PSN account? I don't really have the time
to create it, and it's a hassle creating the email
account and so on just for it.
Please confirm with me, that this is the plan.
