Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Itlogs

Ix was right, i did not give enough credit about this game. Actually I played the game again and that's why i'm revising my previous post. Regarding the buttons, I was expecting a 6 button style like ssf4 to create more combos. but it does not matter, combos were decent and very effective even if it has only 4, considering the other button is for air combo and the other buttons are for tag. Some characters were not not good, not that they are not good in gameplay but I was expecting a bad ass "looking" character like garuda perhaps of sf EX. Gameplay was nice as well as the graphics but some parts like during before the fight were kinda dry. It would be nice if there was a short story but its no big deal, these are super heroes and it's predictable that they will just save the world from villains. The voice acting is superb especially when performing a super move, like when superskrull performs his special move and shouts "inferno". Ah, that was amazing. The boss is very challenging. Eventhough, its a giant with no amazing special moves. It's no big deal. We all know that galactus is threat in the marvel universe. So, he deserves the title as a boss. Actually, I haven't beaten galactus ever.

I now enjoyed the game. My team is dante, superskrull, and spiderman.

1.) 6 buttons. A,B,C,S,A1,A2. O_o Same as MVC2. They changed some things, but really, it's extremely similar. Tekken has 4 buttons.

2.) Personally, I think some of the new characters are fun (Phoenix, MODOK, Amaterasu, the DMC characters, and Spencer in particular), but yes the character selection in general is pretty crappy. Sentinel and Hulk are really good though.

3.) LOL Final bosses were always lame. Would you have preferred another obscenely powerful normal sized character like Cyber-Akuma? I've never really cared about the final bosses, so I don't mind Galactus.

4.) New "powers" are all over the place, man. Doom, for example, has a new super, and requires a different play style. Basically, he gets destroyed if he tries to play MVC2-style. What about Wolverine, who's OLD AS HELL and has very different move properties, AND is about twice as fast? Chun Li, who can now attack from a safe angle after a blocked tenshou? Morrigan's new supers? Iron Man's? What about ALL of the new characters, who happen to be composed entirely of new moves? o_o

5.) Nothing new with gameplay? Are you serious? There's a new anti-infinite system, a new tag combo system, wall bounce, weird new OTG / Flying Screen properties, a whole bunch of new and diverse characters, and X-Factor. This is about as different from MVC3 as they could get without alienating MVC2 players. I think there's a lot to learn here, and I've been playing MVC2 forever.

6.) It's a fighting game.

You're not giving the game enough credit here. It's not as revolutionary as MVC2 was, but there's definitely enough differentiation for it to stand on its own.

I agree that some characters are retarded, though. And the DLC gayness is really gay. Murag SF4 gud. Ang costumes kay naa ra tanan sa SF4 disc pero DLC gihapon. :S The music is really lame, too! Cheap gyud kaayo tanawon ug paminawon ang "VS" screen. :L

Bulok daw ang online. Daghan ug blog post sa shoryuken.com about DLC characters. Shuma / Jill daw dapat naa sa game disc pero nacancel kay dili na kaya sa time, mao daw nga unfinished si Jill, pero si Shuma kumpleto. Ang last two characters kay si Frank West ug isa pa ka Marvel, pero nacancel pud to. So si Shuma lang gyud ang naa sa game disc. Palit pud siguro ko ani.
