Homefront (Home is where the WAR is) 14180

I have been noticing this game's story
and premise ever since late of last year.
And saw the gameplay vids of it.
(Damn Koreans, not only do they have to invade
us with their crummy kpop music, but they gotta
cause a war too? AND **** THEY INVADE MY HOME US STATE
    OF HAWAII!!!!)
It sure does look cool, reminds me of Modern Warfare I,
and the gameplay reminds me a little bit of Battlefield
Bad Company, although I don't think there is
    disposable environments.

    I pre-ordered this game,
    and will have it soon.

One thing sold me about this game.

    DEDICATED SERVERS.

Just like BFBC2, this will be lag and disconnect
    free for me.

    Just what the doctor ordered.

    Anyone getting this game,
    and wana team up?
    32 vs 32 warfare.

    Comes out March 15th!!!

Yeah, I was also interested in this game, finally...A game where the US gets their ass handed to them...Atleast in the beginning anyway.

But what really turned me off was the 5-hour campaign...THAT'S SO FREAKIN' SHORT!! Sure MP is where the game would truly shine, but c'mon...

    Really 5 hours?
    I heard it was longer...

    But even though,
it sounds like the Campaign is a blast,
    and gots some serious story.

    Yep, here's the story jav

    http://www.computerandvideogames.com/292449/news/homefront-campaign-is-five-hours-long/

What I really like about is campaign is that they are really working hard to try and eliminate campers, a big plus if you ask me.

But I think brink will be my next FPS, FPS of the year bebeh!...If I can resist buying homefront anyway Razz but I MUST! Still need to save up for brink and LA noire T_T

    You know what?

After finally giving this game a go,
and playing the short single player campaign....
I can safely say that this game is kinda underrated....

The campaign although short, is really good.
the atrocities that the North Koreans commit in the game
I haven't seen in any other War or FPS game.
And although, I'd have to admit the graphics in some areas
and stages is low grade, it's still good gameplay.

And the multiplayer mode, it reminds me a bit
of COD, BFBC2 mixed together. I kinda like it a bit.

Am not saying ya'all should buy it now,
but perhaps in the future when the price goes down,
ya'all might wana give it a shot, if not a pure rent/borrow.
    Yep.
