Can Baseball Star Curt Schilling Reign Supreme in Gaming World?
Can skills from Major League Baseball make a retired pitcher a Major League Video Game mogul?
Curt Schilling – former World Series MVP – has bet $35 million dollars of his own money that his champion skills are transferable.
“I made, you know, an insane amount of money playing baseball,” Schilling recently told ABC’s John Berman. “I’ve always wanted to be the best in the world as a baseball player, so when I started to think about opening a business, it was with that mindset”
After Schilling’s pitching career ended in 2007, he took the helm of his own video game studio. Schilling even chipped in $35 million dollars of his own money to help pay for the 400 or so top designers, programmers and artists he employs. $60 million dollarsindigo later, the studio’s first release called “Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning” is complete. It hits store shelves on February 7th.
“Reckoning” looks like an animated version of “Lord of the Rings” and it’s one of the most anticipated games of 2012 according to the video game website IGN. Not bad for company headed by a rookie in the video game industry.
Before video games were a business for Schilling, they were a major part of his life, especially when he was on the road playing in the major leage.
“I was at the park for 12 hours and then I had 12 hours to do whatever I wanted.” Schilling told ABC’s John Berman.
When Schilling wasn’t playing baseball, he played video games.
“I’m 46 years old, I’ve never worked an honest day in my life.” Schilling told ABC’s John Berman. “I’ve been able to do what I love and what I’m passionate about my entire life.”
So, will Curt Schilling bring home a title as powerful as MVP as the chairman of his video game shop?
“I think ahh boss of the best gaming studio on the planet, I’d probably, I’d settle for that one.”

wala pa ko ka main quest puro side quest ko ug faction quest murag skyrim all over again na pud ni daghan maka distract na quest. sige lang pud ko pangita ug makalaban lingaw mag combo/juggle
by the way kinsa naay idea unsaon pagpadako sa inventory? or kung asa pwede magbilin ug mga loot na items? pirmi lang puno akong inventory

nahuman nako ang house of ballads. blind run sa ko di sa ko mag salto pa level basi ma boring ang game kung dali lang patyon mga kalaban. mga 38 ka quest pa akong completed giuna nako ang faction quest, nagkabuang ko sa uban away tung mga gilamok ko ug mga kalaban na sige tira projectile. long sword, knives or chakrams lang baya akong pirmi gamit. thief or rogue hybrid baya gihapon ko same sa mga uban rpg na build gihapon patay ko sa harap harapan na away just dont turn your back sa akong character maskin unsa kadako ill stab you in the back
