update nako akong answer tried it earlier nag restore na pud ko, dili magamit ang memory card kung dili ang psn profile na same sa memory card ang na ka sign in sa vita. pag plug in nako sa uncharted na game magreklamo siya na need memory card daw to use software maskin naay memory card naka plug in pero tung nag sign in ko sa account na naka link sa memory card nakita na pud nya ang mc. murag lock ang memory card sa psn account
edit: also read sa gameaxis ata na forum na pwede use ang memory card without formatting sa uban psn account naay mga content lang ata sa sulod sa card na naka lock sa previous account link didto. also dont forget to deactivate account before restoring vita.

It's implied in the story that the news comes from external parties associated with both platform holders, in Microsoft's case its "partners", in Sony's case "third parties".
