no not really. hantud sa makapalit ko both, then maybe.
as much na kelangan mamirata tungod sa economy, naa jud time na muabot ang game na gusto nato dulaon mahimong exclusive sa isa nalang ka country or language. Gundam frachise for example, tungod sa ang relationship sa Bandai sa gawas kay di kaayo ana kabibo gihimo nilang exclusive ang mga dula nila sa franchise nato since wala kaayo'y nagapalit or ginakawat lang same goes for Tales of franchise and SEGA.
Then again, nobody from game companies thinks Filipino pirates are a threat to their business. Not really saying everyone or passing the message to "Stop Piracy!" or something like that, pirata nako since PSX days. This message would be good enough to express what I mean on my 1st post: "If you like the game, BUY IT. That way you support the developers of the game and you can use the full features of it." 'sides, di man siguro ana ka gastos ang mupalit ug orig games na gusto jud nimo diba? if you really think its that good, then its worth your money.
(tl;dr [sigh])
p.s. pildi si geohotz against sony. dahilan daw siya sa ruckus sa c.o.d. online, puno daw kaayo'g hackers thus ruining the game.

p.p.s. also NGP is "supposedly" price with a $299 tag or $350.
the latter includes 3G or so they say.
