What is deadzone?

Here's my interpretation of what deadzone is. Pick up your controller and look at the analogue stick, feel it mess around with it, its nice isn't it? Notice how you can only push the stick forward to a certain point cos the circular plastic encasing will stop it being pushed any further. Notice how your speed increases as you push it to its full extent and once its fully extended it wont increase your speed any further. Now would you move any faster if you could push it further? The answer...no. Simply because this the perimeter of your analogue stick the 'deadzone' if you will.

Now to emulate a mouse using this same sort of technique would require you to set a virtual deadzone inside the mouse so you could move the mouse at a certain speed and it would move your sight at the same speed. Its like a speed limit for your mouse really.

A calibration to make faster movement while ads?
Increase the ingame settings speed, for BLOPS the maximum is ten.
