-- SourceTalk has come out that Sony will have a “big surprise” to reveal at this year’s E3. And no, it isn’t the PlayStation 4.
This comes from PSM3 magazine in the UK (via Gamekyo), which claims that Sony is set to dish up said big surprise in just a few week’s time. If it isn’t the PlayStation 4, when what could it be?
Here are my top 3 crazy idea for what this could be:
Talked Square Enix into doing Final Fantasy VII HD for PS3
Two words: Transparent Vita
Um Jammer Lammy 2: Um-Jammier
Being more realistic, could it be a major price drop for the PS3? A price drop for both? The resurrection of an old, long-dormant franchise? A push for Wii U-like connectivity between the PS3 and Vita? Some sort of Vita smartphone?
And.....
Have a subscription to PlayStation Plus, or are you contemplating one? A rep from Sony has hinted that something is coming soon that’ll make you definitely want one.
Ross McGrath—the PlayStation Plus content manager for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe—posted this very interesting tease to Twitter earlier today:
“By the way, if you don’t have a PS+ subscription, now is the time to get one. For real. Just get 3 months if you aren’t sure. Trust me.”
A free game that will make the subscription more than worth it? A special PS+ beta test for a hot new game? A new service to be added to PS+ that’ll be announced at E3? Personally, I already think PS+ is definitely worth having, so now I’m even more tantalized by whatever this could be hinted at.
Something big is about to go down in both Ps3 and PSN Plus land......
