Magic: The Gathering!

I've noticed that a few members have actively played this game. Just thought it would be a good idea to make a thread.

I'm an old-timer, but I never really got too serious about it. I've always played Vintage (Type 1), and I played from 4th ed to Exodus, and again from Onslaught to Fifth Dawn. I've pretty much quit playing, but I built a mono-green elf combo deck to fool around with in case anyone wants to play.

Anyone else play MTG?

Tara lets play magic. Somehow i got bored in playing video games since im the only one playing in our house.

Full proxy decks tang tanan? Mag Magic Workstation na lang ta bai kung ingana. To be honest, I don't even have enough cards to make a proxy deck! Kulang gani ko ug forests! I have less than 100 cards in total. :p

Bitaw pagdala ug sideboard. Apil man gyud ang sideboard sa deckbuilding. Next time mag Best of 3/5 dayon ta, pwede mag SB after the first game para lingaw. Kung mag proxyhay ta dapat within tournament rules gihapon para walay 4x Ancestral Recall haha! OK lang man Black Lotus basta Restricted lang gihapon.

i proxy nato pati forest mo hehehe. naa man gud ko continous ink na printer, so mka print ko daghan kau, 5 pesos lng per page, then 4 cards masakto in 1 page. so arount 15 pages may deck kna. so mga 75 pesos lng. arang arang na nang 4 ka ancestral recall compare nmo sa 4x timewalk hehehe

Actually 4x Ancestral Recall is MUCH better than 4x Time Walk Kung Type 1 ang deck, sigurado patay na ka sa 12 cards nga nabunot niya. Wala na kaayo gagamit ug Time Walk karon, labi na kung gamay ra ug creature ang deck. Hehe...

Btw kung naa kay mga daan nga cards basin naa pa kay extra nga Elvish Spirit Guide? Uncommon na sa Alliances nga expansion.

OT:@YUUDAI AND IX: ask lang ko since naka jb man jud mo duha..sulit ba nga mag ps3 ko taz i jb nako?kay nag plan man gud ko nga ibaligya nako ang xbox nako.. Taz kung pananglitan wala may region locking sa games no?and dili ba lisod mag install games? Instead of buying the usb dongle. Can i just update to kmeaw 3.55 cfw already and play games?thanks

kng wla ka plan mag online gaming, sulit kau ang jb sa ps3 dude. dali lng kau mag butang games, copy paste lng nmo sa external drive, did2 nmo i run ang game or from external i copy ang game then transfer to internal. kng wla ka external drive, i ftp xa, la ko ka try ana.Sa custom firmware, murag risky paman guro kay basig wlay solution kng ma brick, i dont knw ha, wla man gud ko update sa mga cfw.

Adto siguro mi ni xycle sa obrero ugma, trip lang. Mangita pud kog cards (Slate, Lightning Greaves). Mga 3pm pa mi mangadto, kita lang ta didto kung gusto ninyo.

O sige no problem. Wala gyud bai dili gyud nako trip ang Standard. Pwede man pang Vintage / Legacy tournaments ang elves so ok ra ko ani. Quicksilver Gargantuan akong nakuha nga mythic. Not any good as far as I can tell.

Grabe ka intense ang game with <kunz> in MWS today. We played 3 sets of best of 3 games in Standard type 2.
1. 2-0 I won against his mono White weenies.
2. 2-1 I lost against his different mono white weenies.
3. 2-1 I won against his mono green elves [His main deck]
my deck's record in MWS is 10-2 na hehehe

Dili gyud ko ganahan T2 bai. Bisag unsaon gyud. Haha... I know about their schedules and formats, but I don't intend to join them every week. Actually ugma pa lang ko mubalik didto since.... July? I'm not sure.

Hala prerelease man diay this Sunday. Anyone wanna join? I might go if I end up with nothing to do, which is extremely likely.
